Hot air balloon

Posted by Tuttle (Jerusalem, Israel) on 13 July 2010 in Transportation.

Children in local park learn about hot air balloons by decorating tissue paper balloons and attaching a paraffin ring to the open end of the balloon. The paraffin ring is then set on fire and as it burns it heats up the air in the balloon causing the balloon to rise.
